Account Types

Cloud accounts are the zero-setup option. Everything runs in the MetaSynx cloud, so all you need is the MetaSynx app — available on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Huawei AppGallery. Add your MT4/MT5 broker account login and it's connected and managed around the clock. No PC, no VPS, nothing to install or keep online.

VPS accounts are for traders who already run their MT4/MT5 terminals on their own VPS or Windows machine. Install the lightweight MetaSynx Bridge alongside your terminals, pair it with the MetaSynx app by scanning its QR code, and attach the MetaSynx EA to each terminal you want to manage. Your terminals stay exactly where they are — MetaSynx connects to them.

Both account types behave identically in the app and can be mixed freely under one subscription. Note that each type is billed separately at its own rate: a paid cloud account slot applies to cloud accounts only and cannot be used for a VPS account, and vice versa.

How Billing Works

Every new user gets a 7-day free trial covering up to 3 trading accounts (cloud and VPS combined), with full access to all features. The trial clock starts when your first account is confirmed and connected — not when you sign up — so it only runs once you're actually using the product. No credit card is required, and we'll never charge you during the trial because we never collected a payment method.

After the trial, MetaSynx bills per trading account: $10 / month for each cloud-hosted account and $7 / month for each account running on your own VPS or PC. You're only ever charged when an account successfully verifies with your broker — a mistyped login costs nothing. Accounts added mid-cycle are charged a fair prorated amount for the remainder of the cycle, and everything renews together on one monthly invoice in USD on the same date each month. The price shown is the price you pay.

Removing an account doesn't generate a refund or credit, but its slot stays available for free re-adding of another account of the same type (cloud or VPS) until the end of your current billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal on your dashboard — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

What Happens When Your Subscription Ends

When your subscription becomes inactive — either at the end of an unsubscribed trial or after a paid subscription is canceled and the billing period elapses — your trading accounts are removed and all their data — trade history, analytics, and everything stored for them — is permanently deleted. Your sign-in itself (account, email, and billing record) is preserved so you can resubscribe at any time and start fresh.

We send reminder emails before any deletion happens — at 3 days, 24 hours, and 6 hours before trial end, and as soon as you initiate a paid-subscription cancellation. Subscribing or reactivating before access ends keeps everything intact.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and other local payment methods depending on your region. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor, who handles billing, payment security, and fraud prevention on our behalf. All prices are in USD, and the price shown is the price you pay — nothing extra is added at checkout.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on their account. New pricing will apply to new subscribers immediately.
