How Billing Works

Every account includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. Your trial starts the moment your first MT4 or MT5 terminal connects to MetaSynx — not when you sign up — so the clock only runs when you're actually using the product. No credit card is required, and we'll never charge you during the trial because we never collected a payment method.

To continue using MetaSynx after the trial, subscribe at $39 / month from your account dashboard. Your subscription is billed monthly in USD and renews automatically on the same date each month. You can cancel at any time — cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then.

What Happens When Your Subscription Ends

When your subscription becomes inactive — either at the end of an unsubscribed trial or after a paid subscription is canceled and the billing period elapses — we permanently delete your trade history, equity snapshots, and analytics. Your account itself (sign-in, email, and billing record) is preserved so you can resubscribe at any time, but you would be starting fresh on data.

We send reminder emails before any deletion happens — at 3 days, 24 hours, and 6 hours before trial end, and as soon as you initiate a paid-subscription cancellation. Subscribing or reactivating before access ends keeps everything intact.

Payment Methods

We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), and other local payment methods depending on your region. All payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment processor, who handles billing, payment security, and fraud prevention on our behalf.

Taxes

Depending on your country or region, applicable sales tax, VAT, or GST may be added to your subscription price at checkout. Stripe Tax automatically calculates and collects the correct tax based on your location, and handles all tax remittance on our behalf.

Price Changes

We reserve the right to change our pricing. Existing subscribers will be given at least 30 days' notice before any price change takes effect on their account. New pricing will apply to new subscribers immediately.
