Refund Policy

At MetaSynx, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for MetaSynx subscriptions.
1. Free Trial
Every account includes a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. The trial starts the first time your MT4 or MT5 terminal connects to MetaSynx — not at signup — so the clock only runs when you're actually using the product. No credit card is required to start the trial, and no charge is ever made during the trial period. If you choose not to subscribe at the end of the trial, your account becomes inactive — no payment is taken and there is nothing to refund. We encourage you to make full use of the trial period to ensure MetaSynx meets your needs before subscribing.
Data handling at trial end: when your trial ends without subscribing, we permanently delete the trade history, equity snapshots, and analytics that built up during the trial. Your sign-in itself is preserved so you can subscribe at any time afterwards, but you would be starting from scratch on data. We send reminder emails at 3 days, 24 hours, and 6 hours before expiry so you have ample time to subscribe and keep everything in place.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since we offer a generous free trial, refunds on paid subscriptions are generally not provided. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date due to a billing error
- You were charged multiple times for the same billing period
- You experienced a significant and sustained service outage that prevented you from using MetaSynx for a material portion of your billing period, and the issue was on our end
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the free trial has ended and a charge has been processed
- Failure to cancel before the end of a billing period — cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, and you retain access until then
- Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes — MetaSynx is a neutral trade management tool and does not guarantee trading profits or prevent losses
- Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or routine updates
- Inability to use the service due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to broker issues, VPS downtime, internet connectivity, or device compatibility
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension or termination
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected] with the following information:
- The email address associated with your MetaSynx account
- The date of the charge in question
- A brief description of the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your MetaSynx subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods
- No partial or prorated refunds are provided for the remaining days in the current billing period
- When access ends at the close of the current billing period, your trade history, equity snapshots, and analytics are permanently deleted. Your account itself (sign-in and billing record) is preserved so you can resubscribe in the future, but you would be starting fresh on data. Reactivating before access ends keeps everything intact.

7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your MetaSynx account pending investigation.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
