Refund Policy

At MetaSynx, we want every customer to feel confident in their purchase. This Refund Policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds may be issued for MetaSynx subscriptions.
1. Free Trial
All new subscribers begin with a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. Your payment method is collected at signup, but no charge is made during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. We encourage you to make full use of the trial period to ensure MetaSynx meets your needs before committing to a paid subscription.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since we offer a generous free trial, refunds on paid subscriptions are generally not provided. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances arise. You may be eligible for a refund if:
- You were charged after cancelling your subscription before the renewal date due to a billing error
- You were charged multiple times for the same billing period
- You experienced a significant and sustained service outage that prevented you from using MetaSynx for a material portion of your billing period, and the issue was on our end
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Change of mind after the free trial has ended and a charge has been processed
- Failure to cancel before the end of a billing period — cancellations take effect at the end of the current period, and you retain access until then
- Dissatisfaction with trading outcomes — MetaSynx is a neutral trade management tool and does not guarantee trading profits or prevent losses
- Temporary service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance or routine updates
- Inability to use the service due to factors outside our control, including but not limited to broker issues, VPS downtime, internet connectivity, or device compatibility
- Violation of our Terms of Service resulting in account suspension or termination
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at info@metasynx.io with the following information:
- The email address associated with your MetaSynx account
- The date of the charge in question
- A brief description of the reason for your refund request
We will review your request and respond within 7 business days. All refund decisions are made at our sole discretion.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or payment provider.
6. Cancellation
You may cancel your MetaSynx subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for any subsequent billing periods
- No partial or prorated refunds are provided for the remaining days in the current billing period

7. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing disputes fairly and promptly. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your MetaSynx account pending investigation.
8. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
